How do I know if a product is right for my cat or dog?

Every product listing clearly states whether it's designed for cats, dogs, or both. If you're ever unsure, just drop us a message β€” we love helping pets find their perfect match!

Are your products safe for my pet?

Pet safety is our top priority. All of our products are carefully chosen with cats and dogs in mind, and meet UK safety standards. As always, we recommend supervising your pet during play.

My item arrived damaged β€” what do I do?

Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send over a photo. We'll get a replacement or full refund sorted for you straight away.

What's your returns policy?

We want you and your pet to be happy! If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Because our products are shipped internationally, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. We know the wait can be tough β€” especially for your furry friend β€” but good things come to those who wait! 🐾
